How it works

Live audio, distributed through one tour link.

A guide speaks through a phone or headset. Guests use the same tour link to listen on their own phones in a browser. There is no guest app to install and no receiver hardware to manage.

01

Create or schedule the tour

Set up the tour session for the right guide and time.

02

Share one tour link

The link is the central distribution object. Share it through the channels your guests already use.

03

Guests listen in their browser

Guests open the link on their phones and listen to the live guide audio. They do not create an account or install WorldTouring.

Distribution

Share the link where it makes sense.

WorldTouring does not require a single handoff method. Your organization can make the same tour link available before the visit or at the start of the tour.

  • Email invitations and booking confirmations
  • Text messages from staff or guides
  • A visitor or event page
  • A QR code displayed at the tour meeting point

A QR code is optional.

A QR code is simply a convenient way to open the same shared tour link in person. It is not a separate guest experience or a replacement for the link.

Built for the tour day.

Guests can join late and reconnect after a temporary interruption. Guides run the live session while guests use the phones and headsets they already know.
